We’ll send you SMS reminders the day before and 2 hours before your appointment. If you’re unable to attend, please let us know within 2 hours of your appointment to avoid a $40 DNA fee. This fee is non-refundable and isn’t covered by Medicare. All fees need to be paid before you can book your next consultation.
We're currently in the process of becoming a registered NDIS provider so we can deliver care that meets best practice standards.
