We are a private billing service for all primary health care and require payment immediately following your appointment. Gap of $20.00 Specialised therapies and home visits attract an additional fee where there may be no MBS rebate. Please enquire

We’ll send you SMS reminders the day before and 2 hours before your appointment. If you’re unable to attend, please let us know within 2 hours of your appointment to avoid a $40 DNA fee. This fee is non-refundable and isn’t covered by Medicare. All fees need to be paid before you can book your next consultation.

We’re always happy to see you, but please note there might be a wait time to accommodate those with pre-booked appointments. Booking in advance guarantees your spot. You can also use HotDocs to enter your details while you wait to see one of our nurse practitioners.
